# Your health information, one scan away

Beyond your legal refusal document, you can list any critical health information you want responders to see right away. This includes blood type, chronic conditions, active medications, and severe allergies.

## What you can add

Your record features a dedicated section for the critical health information you choose to add. This is where clinicians instantly spot your life-threatening allergies, current medications, chronic medical conditions, implanted devices, and specific emergency care instructions.

**Allergies**

Drug, food and latex allergies, with the reaction you had, so they are the first thing a responder reads.

**Medications**

What you take, how much, and when.

**Conditions**

Diagnoses that change how you are treated, like diabetes or a heart rhythm condition.

**Blood type**

Your blood type, if you know it.

**Implanted devices**

Pacemakers, pumps and other implants, and anything a team needs to know before an MRI.

**Care instructions**

Anything else that helps in the first minutes, like where you keep your inhaler.

## Right under your directive

It appears below your directive. It is there only if you put it there, and you can remove it at any time.

You can log into your account to change your listed medications, add allergies, or sign a revised legal document at any time.

## When your code is scanned

### Found in seconds flat

Any standard camera or QR scanner opens your document instantly. Zero passwords, zero hospital IT friction.

### Your contacts, notified in seconds

The people you named get an alert when the QR code is scanned or the document is opened. They know it is happening while it is happening.

### Every scan and view sealed as proof

We keep a record of exactly what was on the screen and when it was read. That record is signed and dated outside our system, so it does not rest on us staying honest.

## Add your health information to your record

Your record, your personal page, and the code that lets others find it.
