You cannot delete your record from your account at the moment. Write to [help@wearabledocs.com](mailto:help@wearabledocs.com) from the address on your account, or use [Contact us](https://wearabledocs.com/contact), and we will do it for you. **Deleting your record** on [Account & billing](https://app.wearabledocs.com/account) says the same. ## It is permanent When it happens, your directive, every version of your page, your access history, your consents, and your confirmations all go. We cannot recover any of it. If you want your document first, download it from [Your documents](https://app.wearabledocs.com/instruments) before you ask. If you are on a household plan, deleting your record does not take the plan down with it. The other people on it keep their pages and their billing. ## If you only want to stop paying Cancel instead, from [Your subscription](https://app.wearabledocs.com/billing). Your page stops showing your directive at the end of the period you have paid for and nothing is deleted. Your record and your code stay yours, and renewing brings the page back exactly as it was. See [Cancel, renew, and failed payment](https://wearabledocs.com/help/billing/cancel-and-renew). ## What may remain Commerce and legal retention rules can keep order and billing records for a required period even after your record is removed. See [privacy](https://wearabledocs.com/privacy) and [refunds](https://wearabledocs.com/refunds). ## Related - [Email and password](https://wearabledocs.com/help/account/email-password) - [Cancel, renew, and failed payment](https://wearabledocs.com/help/billing/cancel-and-renew) Open in the app [Account & billing](https://app.wearabledocs.com/account) [Your documents](https://app.wearabledocs.com/instruments)
