Where is my claim link? One-time claim email after purchase; hardware vs document. After you pay, WearableDocs emails a **one-time claim link**. That link belongs to your order. Opening it on your device signs you in and starts setup. ## What to do 1. Open the email from WearableDocs (check spam if nothing arrives). 2. Use the claim link once. Confirm you are 18 or over and that the record is yours, then set your password if asked. 3. Follow [How to finish setup](https://wearabledocs.com/help/getting-started/setup-walk). ## Hardware vs the document If you ordered a bracelet or card, it can ship whether or not the document is uploaded yet. Until you upload a signed document, your public page says the record is not complete. ## The link does not work Claim links work once. Some mail scanners open links before you do, which can burn them.
