On a plan, setup is a short walk. You can leave and come back; the dashboard shows what is still missing. ## The steps, in order 1. **[Your details](https://app.wearabledocs.com/profile)** Full legal name, date of birth, sex, and state. The blank you print needs these. 2. **[Your documents](https://app.wearabledocs.com/instruments)** Choose what you refuse, and how much identity the public page shows when someone scans. Choosing here is not signing. They confirm their own numbers (see [How do I add a contact?](https://wearabledocs.com/help/alerts/add-contact)). 5. **[Upload your signed document](https://app.wearabledocs.com/upload-documents)** The signed paper. This is what carries legal weight. ## Tips - Print and sign after your details and document choices are right. - Hardware can ship before you upload.
