[Upload your signed document](https://app.wearabledocs.com/upload-documents) Hardware may already have shipped; that does not complete the record by itself. ## Free account wall If you do not have a plan, live hosting and a public code are behind upgrade. That is expected; see [Free account vs a plan](https://wearabledocs.com/help/getting-started/free-vs-plan). ## Alerts not firing Contacts must be **confirmed** (YES). Pending contacts do not get alerts.
