There is no tier above this. ### The documents - **Refusal of anatomical gift**: refuses donation of your organs, eyes and tissue, and bars anyone else from authorizing it. Operates after death. - **Treatment refusal directive**: refuses specific treatments while you are alive: vaccines, blood, or both, and how far each goes. - **A blank to print and sign**, filled in with your name and your state. - Sign as many as you want.
