Price

# One price. Everything in it.

$99 a year, for one person. No setup fee, and the first year costs exactly what every year after it costs, because the work is keeping your refusal findable, and that never stops.

## What every seat carries

All of it, on the one price. There is no tier above this.

### The documents

- **Refusal of anatomical gift**: refuses donation of your organs, eyes and tissue, and bars anyone else from authorizing it. Operates after death.
- **Treatment refusal directive**: refuses specific treatments while you are alive: vaccines, blood, or both, and how far each goes.
- **A blank to print and sign**, filled in with your name and your state.
- Sign as many as you want. Each one gets its own numbered clause on your page.

### Being found

- **A page anyone can open**: no login, no app, no account for the person reading it.
- **A printable wallet card**, free, as many times as you like.
- **A printed wallet card** we have made and posted to you. $25 once.
- **Engraving instructions**: your QR files and the exact spec, for any engraver.

### The people you name

- **Up to three people texted** when your page is opened, and again when your signed document is opened.
- **They opt in themselves.** You give a name and an email; they enter their own number.
- A contact who replies STOP is removed, and you are told if a message could not be delivered.
- **A delivery trail** timestamped by the phone carrier, not by us.

### The record, sealed

- **A fingerprint of exactly what was shown**: the file itself, kept so it can be produced later.
- **Each reading chained to the one before it.**
- **Countersigned** under a certificate checked against wearabledocs.com.
- **Timestamped on Bitcoin**, where the date cannot be edited or backdated. [How it holds up →](https://wearabledocs.com/evidence)

### Kept true

- **A check-in every quarter** asking you to confirm your directive still stands.
- **The confirmation date on your page**, which is what tells a reader it is current.
- **Amend it when it changes**: the page comes down until the new document is signed and uploaded.
- **Your own access history**, with the date, rough location and network of every reading.

### Yours to end

- **Cancel whenever you want.** Your page works until the time you paid for runs out.
- **Delete it yourself**: the document, every version of your page, your history, consents and confirmations.
- **No advertising, no trackers**, and no third-party scripts on the page a clinician opens.
- Your order and shipping address survive. Those are commerce records we must keep for seven years.

## A refusal that cannot be found is a refusal that did not happen.

Everything above exists for the ten seconds in which somebody has to decide, and you cannot speak. That is the whole product: your signed document, in their hands, in time, and a record afterwards that says what they saw and when.

## How we compare

Making sure your wishes are protected.

**Why this matters:** Cheap medical tags like MyID, QRepublik, or old-school MedicAlert bracelets only let you type simple health fields into a website. But in a real medical crisis, a hospital can easily overlook typed text if they want to push their own protocols.

WearableDocs is different. It holds a crisp, secure scan of your actual signed legal documents so doctors can see your real signature instantly. Even better, it immediately alerts your family and loved ones the exact millisecond your card is scanned, ensuring your family knows what’s happening while it’s still happening. You get real legal protection, absolute privacy, and total peace of mind for the whole family.
