Scan alerts
The moment you are scanned, your people know
When someone opens your page, up to three people you choose get a text, a call or both, saying who was scanned and roughly where.
What they are told
Enough to act on, straight away, without a single sign-in.
- Who and where
- Your name and the nearest city, in a text sent the moment your page opens.
- A map, when allowed
- If the person who scanned you allows it, a second text carries a map link to where they are.
- A call if they miss it
- People set to calls are rung straight away. People set to both are rung if the text goes unanswered for five minutes.
- Their own link
- Each person gets a link of their own to your page, so opening it never sets off another alert.
- When your document opens
- They are told again when your signed document is opened.
- You hear too
- You get an email every time, saying who was reached.
Your people sign up themselves
You give a name and an email. They give their own number and agree to the alerts.
- You name them
- Add up to three people with a name and an email address.
- They say yes
- Each person gets an invitation, enters their own number and replies YES to confirm.
- Text, call or both
- Choose how each person is reached.
- Stop any time
- Anyone who replies STOP is taken off the list.
- No repeat alarms
- The same person looking again within ten minutes stays quiet. A new reader always sends an alert.
- No false alarms from bots
- Link previews and web crawlers never set off an alert.
Fast, and never noisy

Make sure someone knows
Scan alerts come with every plan, alongside your record, your personal page, and the code that lets others find it.
