How do I upload?

What to upload
- The signed instrument, not a blank form, a license, or a screenshot of the app.
- PDF, JPEG, or PNG.
- Up to 10 MB per page, and up to 12 pages. If you have more than that, send the rest to support.
- If there are several pages, select them all at once. They are kept in the order you pick, as one document.
- Photographs are fine. A multi-page PDF should be one file, since it already holds every page.
Before you upload
Your page goes live when the upload succeeds. Check:
- It is signed, and every page is there (including signature and witness pages if you used them).
- The name matches the name on your record.
- It is legible end to end. Someone may read it under time pressure.
Photos and location
Phone photos often embed where they were taken. Your document is reachable by anyone who scans your code. We store what you send and do not edit it. If that matters to you, turn off location for the camera, or use a document scanner that does not record it.
