Upload errors, incomplete record, free walls, pending contacts.
Upload failed
- Use PDF, JPEG, or PNG; keep each page within the size limit (about 10 MB).
- Try a clearer photo, better light, or a PDF from a scanner app.
- Upload all pages in one go for a multi-page instrument.

Page says the record is not complete
Usually the signed document is not on file yet, or setup steps are unfinished. Check the dashboard and the setup rail:
Hardware may already have shipped; that does not complete the record by itself.
Free account wall
If you do not have a plan, live hosting and a public code are behind upgrade. That is expected; see Free account vs a plan.
Alerts not firing
Contacts must be confirmed (YES). Pending contacts do not get alerts. See YES, STOP, and pending contacts.
