YES, STOP, and pending contacts

Waiting for YES
After someone enters their number and consents on the web, they get one text asking them to reply YES. Until they do, the contact stays pending. A disconnected number that never replies is a quiet failure. That is why confirmation exists.
STOP
If they reply STOP, they stop receiving alert texts. Remove or replace them on Emergency contacts if you still need someone reachable.
HELP
Replying HELP to the program number returns the short help text carriers require (what the program is, and how to reach support).
Resending
While a contact is pending and invites remain, you can send the confirmation again from their row on Emergency contacts.
