Quarterly confirmation
Confirm nothing changed; do not confirm if you need to amend.
Every few months WearableDocs emails a check-in. The link opens a page where you confirm that you still stand by the signed document on file. Nothing about the document changes when you confirm.
If something has changed
Do not confirm the old document. Sign in and revoke or amend properly, then file a new signed version if needed. Your existing document stays in force and your page keeps working until you replace it. Confirmation is only for “nothing changed.”
